Thank you for shopping at Brettschneider’s Baking & Cooking School. We hope you enjoy using the products you have purchased from us. We will do our very best to ensure your goods are delivered to your door in perfect condition and in a reasonable amount of time via our trusted provider Singpost. For your information, following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
In-store collection
We welcome in-store collection of items purchased at www.bakingandcookingschool.com from Brettschneider’s Baking & Cooking School, 1 Greendale Avenue, Bukit Timah.
When collecting items purchased, please provide a printed copy of the receipt or invoice for the purchased item (this is emailed to you as confirmation of your purchase).
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestically (within Singapore) we use Singpost SmartPac standard shipping rates (as from May 2017).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Brettschneider’s Baking & Cooking School is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Singpost to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Brettschneider’s Baking & Cooking School is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Brettschneider’s Baking & Cooking School not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures in the event that you may need to return your order.
All items purchased online are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the product received, we will either replace or exchange for another product available under the following conditions:
• Product to exchange is returned in its original condition and packaging.
• The Sales Receipt is presented with the exchange.
• Customers are also required to return any free gift(s) received with the purchase.
