Building on your basic skills, advance to more technical styled breads and a better understanding of why we do what we do during the kneading and baking process. A part theory, part practical based class, you will create breads such as Laffa wraps, German rye, Danish morning rolls, Chelsea buns and Fig & Anise sourdough.

Prerequisite: Must complete Basic Bread Baking Class before attending.
