Join us for a hands-on session on ‘flatbreads of the world’! From savoury potato parathas for a hearty Indian breakfast and crispy Turkish Lahmacuns topped with herby minced lamb for dinner, to traditional naans, pitas and wraps to compliment any meal, we have it all! Recipes include Parathas (savoury whole-wheat flatbread stuffed with spiced potato and coriander), Lahmacun (crispy Turkish pizza topped with minced lamb and herbs), Lebanese Pita Bread, Naan (leavened oven baked flatbread) & Whole-wheat wraps.
