Advancing on from her Proper Pies and Tarts class, you will take some of the fundamental knowledge you have learnt and graduate to more decadent fillings for these old-time favourites.

Recipes include Fish Pue with Leek & Chorizo, Chuntey Chicken, Bacon and Apricot Puff Pastry Plait, Vegetarian Cornish Pasties & Sour Cherry Pie.
