Recipes include

Canapess- Tuna and mango kueh pie tee, truffle and mushroom volavonts with soft boiled quail egg (made by chef)

Starter- Cured kingfish, cucumber and yuzu

Main- Grilled dry aged striploin with baby romaine, caramilised walnuts, pear & blue cheese salad and pan roasted kipfler potatoes garlic and thyme.

Dessert- Pavlova with yoghurt cream, passionfruit, lychee and mango
