Drawing from Dean’s encyclopaedia of knowledge this class will start differently to most. Sit down in a classroom style environment to learn the science and reasons behind why we mix in certain ways, the interference of ingredients, physical properties of ingredients and how different mixing times effect the dough. After plenty of learning, each student will bake a similar loaf but with different recipes which make the learnings from the morning come to life!

Prerequisite: Must complete Basic Bread Baking Class before attending.
