Anyone who knows Chef Jenna would know that she has a soft spot for doughnuts. In this new class, we will be featuring her favourite childhood treat of raspberry buns and sprinkle buns. Making two separate doughs, one fried and stuffed with decadent fillings, the other baked and finished with jam, cream and sprinkles. Trust us – once you eat one, you won’t be able to stop!


Prerequisite: Must complete Basic Bread Baking Class before attending.


Please note - In line with the latest government regulations, we have been informed that all school participants will need to be fully vaccinated (two weeks after receiving second dose) or present a valid negative PET result for duration of class.
