Drawing recipes from Dean Brettschneider’s internationally recognised PIE book, join us for a practical, hands-on class to learn how to make various fillings for your pastries. You will be learning to make your own rough puff and brisee pastry. Recipes include Potato and Leek Pot Pies, Baker & Cook’s Famous Quiche and The Kiwi Classic, Bacon & Egg Pie.

 

Please note - In line with the latest government regulations, we have been informed that all school participants will need to be fully vaccinated (two weeks after receiving second dose) or present a valid negative PET result for duration of class.
