Get ready to bake to your heart's content in this awesome 5-day course covering a host of bread baking ideas. On the first day, join Dean for his signature Basic Bread Baking class and create a range of breads from two simple doughs. On day 2, you will turn your attention to the healthier breads with grains making Danish Rugbrød (Rye Bread), Muesli Rolls, Vine Fruit & Rosemary Loaf, Swedish Rye Crackers, Stone Age Bread. On day 3, you will learn how to make delicate Sweet Breads like Raspberry Iced Creamed Finger Buns, Swedish Cinnamon Rolls, Cinnamon & Raisin Toast Bread. Day 4 covers the ever-so-popular sourdough breads such as Pain Miche, Pain Au Levain and Chocolate & Cranberry and make your own pizza for lunch. On the final day you will combine all of your new skills to bake Danish pastries such as Bear Claws, Cinnamon Swirls and Danish Crowns.
