Are you looking to learn about different varieties of breads? Get ready to bake to your heart's content in this awesome 5-day bread course. On the first day, join Chef Jenna White for Basic Bread Baking class and create a range of breads from two simple doughs. On day 2, you will turn your attention to the healthier breads with grains making Sprouted Wheat Loaf, Toasted Grain & Fruit Loaf and Bavarian Rye. On day 3, you will learn how to make delicate Soft Breads like Brioche Plaits, Morning Rolls, Chelsea Buns and Sally Lunns. Day 4 covers the ever-so-popular sourdough breads such as Pain Au Levain, Potato & Rosemary Loaves and Carrot & Fennel Loaf and make your own Sourdough Pizza for lunch! On the final day, combine all your new baking skills to bake Danish pastries such as Bear Claws and Danish Crowns.
