In this class you will learn all the fundamentals of bread baking, as well as Dean's unique style of kneading, to produce a variety of breads from two basic doughs. A 100% hands-on foundation class that is guaranteed to improve your home-baked bread and bread baking skills!
This class is a prerequisite for all of our bread baking classes.

Dean was amazing and lead us through the science behind bread making - the rising, fermentation and proofing and how to knead with purpose and confidence. I would absolutely do it again!
