Bak Kut Teh is a pork rib dish that is simmered in its broth. It may take minutes to polish every single drop but definitely way longer than that to prepare! Chef Meng will guide you on how the peppery broth is made, the type of meat that will extract the most of its flavour and not forgetting the staples of rice or mee sua. Apart from Bak Kut Teh, classic accompaniments such as Braised Pork Trotters, Salted Vegetables and You Tiao (Dough Fritters) will also be introduced during the class!
