In our 2-day sourdough masterclass, you will learn sourdough preparation (how to wake a sourdough) and how to make Beetroot, Walnut and Thyme loaf, Sprouted Lentil loaf, Baker & Cooks Pain Miche, Sourdough Crumpets, together with Date, Coconut and Caramel Babka.
