Join Chef Peter and new age Fishmonger Jeffery as they dive deep into the mysterious underwater world of all things related seafood. Starting the day at the “Dish the Fish” store, Jeffery will educate you about many of the species are available in Singapore’s market. Guided by chef’s creativity, you will get to pick the fish, jump into a taxi and arrive at the studio to create three simple yet delicious recipes.
