One of the most celebrated and recognized categories in the French bakery world – Viennoiserie is commonly translated as “things from Vienna”. You will be learning to create delicate yet flaky croissants, Danish pastries. Chef Jenna will also show you how to master the technique of layering dough and butter, handling high-fat dough and making tasty pastry creams and fillings.

 

Please note - In line with the latest government regulations, we have been informed that all school participants will need to be fully vaccinated (two weeks after receiving second dose) or present a valid negative PET result for duration of class.
