Learning a few basic French culinary techniques can help you to save time, prepare healthier meals, and take the enjoyment of cooking to a new level. Le Cordon Bleu trained Chef Rosh will teach you the French style of harmoniously building flavours which in turn, enhance the ingredients. Practising your techniques, you will produce a special menu of Seared Tuna Niçoise, Duck Breast, Pumpkin Purée and Orange Carrots and Berry Friands with Raspberry Coulis.
