Jump aboard as we set sail for an exclusive morning tour of Singapore’s open sea farm, Kuhlbarra at Pulau Semakau. The farm team will educate you about their winning formula to breed and harvest pristine quality barramundi. Once done, we will head back to shore and join Chef Peter Rollinson, from Flutes Restaurant and Bar at the school, where he will teach you how to create stunning dishes with barramundi as the hero.
