In his class, Chef Carlos will share all about the popular grain and his secrets behind creating the perfect pans of paella.Recipes include Black Rice, Cuttlefish, Squid Ink & Scallops Paella and Spanish Carabinero Rice, Saffron aioli, Sugar Snap Peas and Piquillo Peppers.
