Are you looking to learn about different varieties of breads? Get ready to bake to your heart's content in this awesome 5-day bread course. On the first day, join Chef Jenna White for Basic Bread Baking class and create a range of breads from two simple doughs. On day 2, you will turn your attention to the healthier breads with grains making German Volkorn, Museli Rolls & Lentil and Carrot Loaf On day 3, you will learn how to make delicate Soft Breads like Brioche Plaits, Ensaymadas, & Cinnamon and Raisin loaf . Day 4 covers the ever-so-popular sourdough breads such as Pain au Levain, Beetroot, Walnut and Thyme Loaf, Cheese and Onion Loaf and make your own Sourdough Pizza for lunch! On the final day, combine all your new baking skills to bake danish pastries such as Bear Claws and Danish Crowns.

 

Please note - In line with the latest government regulations, we have been informed that all school participants will need to be fully vaccinated (two weeks after receiving second dose) or present a valid negative PET result for duration of class.
