Get ready to bake to your heart's content in this awesome 5-day course covering a host of bread baking ideas. On the first day, join Chef Jenna White for Basic Bread Baking class and create a range of breads from two simple doughs. On day 2, you will turn your attention to the healthier breads with grains making Sprouted Wheat Loaf, Toasted Grain & Fruit Loaf and Bavarian Rye. On day 3, you will learn how to make delicate Soft Breads like Mushroom, Tomato & Cheese Brioche Tarts, Red Bean & Sesame Fougasse and Chelsea Buns & Sally Lunns.. Day 4 covers the ever-so-popular sourdough breads such as Pain Au Levain, Potato & Rosemary Loaves and Carrot & Fennel Loaf and make your own Sourdough Pizza for lunch! On the final day you will combine all of your new skills to bake Danish pastries such as Bear Claws, Cinnamon Swirls and Danish Crowns.
