Chef Stanley's discovered his passion for cooking while working part-time at Baker & Cook from 2011-2012. Inspired by the cakes and the chefs, he decided to pursue a career as a pastry chef. At the age of 23, he enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu Sydney to hone his pastry-making skills.

Since Le Cordon Blue, he has achieved numerous accolades in his career, including winning a Silver in the Entremet category at the Hunter Valley Callebaut Chocolate competition, where he competed against fellow alumni, seniors, and industry chefs from various restaurants and hotels.

As a major fan of coffee, it is no surprise that one of his favourite bakes is the Tiramisu! He appreciates the simplicity of making one yet still impressive enough to wow people. Join him in his new classes such as Chocolate Passion Perfected and The (Under-Rated) Lady Grey Cake.
