Chef Jenna White


Hailing from a small town in New Zealand, Chef Jenna White has made her way around the world, gaining experience from renowned chefs such as Peter Gordon in London.

Previously Jenna was the Executive Pastry Chef at Flute’s Restaurant at The National Museum in Singapore and joined Brettschneider's Baking & Cooking School in 2016 as Resident and Development Chef. Jenna is a passionate chef who loves to create vibrant, colourful dishes using both local and imported ingredients. She has experience in teaching a wide variety of classes from bread and pastry to all styles of cooking as well as complex desserts like entremets and petit gateaux. Jenna is a popular choice for team building and corporate baking or cooking events and her team building pasta class is second to none!
