Having worked in the hospitality and wine industry for over 15 years, Jay thought it was time to venture into learning a different interest of hers – coffee making, baking and cooking. 

She joined the Brettschneider’s Baking & Cooking School family in March 2018 as the Operations Manager and has since been the first face that most customers see when they come for their classes. And of course, she’s usually the one who makes the morning coffee and tea for everyone and most of our regulars often go for seconds because of how much effort and knowledge she has put into honing her coffee making skills. If you’re keen to learn the craft, you can also join her Barista class!

Prior to the school, Jay has also spent her years working at Palate Sensations Culinary School, Grand Hyatt Singapore and wine specialty stores.
