One of the great joys of baking at home is that you can make delicious bakes, suitable for your specific family requirements, both in terms of taste and health preferences. The recipes taught in this class are low on sugar (raw sugar) and fats, high on fibre and great on taste.

Join us as we bake a low fat fresh fruit gateau, millet and almond cookies (gluten-free), chocolate banana cake and a low sugar granola bar. Also learn many tips on healthier substitutions to regular baking ingredients.
