Get ready to bake to your heart's content in this awesome 5-day course covering a host of bread baking ideas. On the first day, join Dean for his signature Basic Bread Baking class and create a range of breads from two simple doughs. On day 2, you will turn your attention to the healthier breads by Baking with Grains. On day 3, you will learn how to make delicate Sweet Breads like Cinnamon & Raisin Bread. Day 4 covers the ever-so-popular sourdough breads and pizzas and on the final day you will combine all of your new skills to bake Danish pastries such as Bear Claws, Cinnamon Swirls and Danish Crowns.
