Join Chef Jenna White, who has a real passion for pasta making, as she leads you through the basics of ravioli and fettucini, as well as preparing two delicious sauces that will top off your pasta dish perfectly. The new menu features a classic dish of Fettucini Carbonara cooked in the authentic Roman way (without cream) and a modern Mushroom & Herb Ravioli in a Porcini Tea broth.  If you are a pasta lover, this class is not to be missed!
