This class is all about authentic Middle-Eastern street food. Learn to cook the world’s two most loved kebabs: Chicken Doner and Shawarma at the same time. Tasty lamb and fennel kofta with tzatkiki are also on the menu. Serve them with warm and toasty hand made Lebanese pita breads, topped with cooling Fattoush (bell pepper and red onion salad with pomegranate dressing) and creamy tahini sauce.
