Try your hand at advanced French baking techniques including dough cutting & decorating. In this class you will bake authentic French breads such as Baguette aux Cereals (Wholegrain and Seed Baguette), Pain au Noix (Nut Bread), Pain de Seigle (French Rye Bread), Pain Viennois (Vienna Bread) and Pain d’epices (Spiced Quick Bread).

Prerequisite: Must complete Basic Bread Baking before attending.
