Ever wanted to learn how to make Paneer from scratch? This non-melting farmer's cheese is indigenous to India and surprisingly easy to make.  Learn to make hearty Saag Paneer using fresh homemade paneer cooked in spiced spinach, herbs ad coconut milk.  Compliment the meal with creamy Vegetable Korma made with fresh, seasonal vegetables and paneer cooked in a spicy sauce made of ripe tomatoes and coconut milk.  Of course, the meal wouldn't be complete without an Indian bread; soft and flaky Cumin Parathas will also be on the menu.
