Join us for our annual Christmas Entertaining cooking class. Overflowing with creative ideas from welcome drinks, canapes, and table dressing, to festive recipes you can prepare for a full Christmas feast. Drawing from both Jenna and Helen’s favourite recipes, in true Christmas spirit, you will work together to prepare a lamb roast and baked salmon as well as a vegetarian main. No table is complete without a colourful arrangement of side dishes, sauces and trimmings as well as a show-stopping dessert. Look no further, your Christmas menu is sorted.

Recipes include Sugar & Spice T, Watermelon & Feta Canapes, Smoked Duck Crostini, Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Salad, Sicilian Orange, Fennel & Mint Salad, Duck Fat Roasted Potato, Gorgonzola & Rosemary Hassleback Potatoes, Sumac and Maple Glazed Leg of Lamb, Festived Baked Cauliflower, Baked Salmon & Bitter Chocolate Cake with Salted Caramel, Spiced Sherry Prunes.
