In this class you will enjoy the salads you make with a glass of wine and coffee / tea.

On a daily basis, we are asked if we will teach the salad recipes that we serve for lunch at the cooking school. Whilst we do not have a salad cookbook (yet!), we are pleased to share with you the wonderful salad variations that accompany our quiches and tarts. In this class we will make vegetarian salads. Some recipes contain dairy but dietary requests will be accommodated.

Spice roasted cauliflower salad with chickpeas and rocket

Kipfler potato and French bean salad with olive tapenade

Rocket and pear salad with candied pecans and Parmasen

Cavelo nero, orange, hazelnut, feta and quinoa

Caprese Salad with homemade Basil Oil
