Indonesian street food is super tasty and lends itself beautifully to a vegetarian or vegan diet. In this class we will cook the Indonesian ‘mega salad’ Gado Gado, Sweet Corn Fritters paired with Chilli & Ginger Jam and finally the fragrant, fermented and protein-rich Tempe Bacem. Enjoy some delicious Indonesian cooking, with Western plating and style.
