This class is not to be missed! Don't have a sous vide machine at home? Don't worry - we will have a limited number available for sale on the day. 

THE MENU - White Asparagus with scallops, sweet corn, black garlic; Spanish Suckling Pig with apple & rhubarb chutney, mulled wine; and Spanish Octopus with eggplant caviar, sweet paprika puffed rice, capers.
