In this class we will be cooking a healthier, low-fat version of the world’s most favorite curry, Butter Chicken along with the ever-popular Aloo Gobhi (spiced cauliflower and potatoes). The two curries will be served with soft, warm roti bread that you will make from scratch using Indian whole-wheat flour.
