Norwegian Salmon (13min at 50degrees)
grilled corn sauce, chimichurri, smoked salmon roe

Spanish Suckling Pig (24hr at 63 degrees)
apple compote, roasted pineapple

Slow cooked egg (45 min. at 63 degrees)
baked potato foam, chorizo breadcrumbs
