This class includes 2 days of cooking instruction with lunch on both days.

Some of us are lucky enough to have help with the home cooking. Many of our Helpers are not trained to cook and have learnt 'on-the-job'. In this two-day course covering Western and Asian styles of cooking, your Helper will learn new techniques, new ingredients and new recipes to help increase skill, build confidence and generate interest in cooking. Enrol your helper in a cooking class that uses healthy ingredients and cooking techniques, where she can feel comfortable amongst others who are also keen to learn.

Dishes will include:

Western:

Parmesan crumbed chicken with cherry tomatoes and olives

Prosciutto wrapped beef fillet with artichoke or celeriac puree and French beans

Chocolate lava cakes with hot fudge sauce

Asian:

Pan fried barramundi with Asian vinaigrette and braised shitake and bok choy

Red curry of duck
