Discover different ways to prepare and cook seafood - the Spanish way. You will learn to make fish stock and then how to fillet, poach and fry, as well as create exciting sauces to accompany the dishes. Impress your family and friends by recreating dishes such as: ARROZ CON MARISCOS (Garlic and seafood rice that is unbelievably creamy, rich in flavour and brimming with seafood), CALAMARES FRITOS (tender and delicious squid fried and served with chilli aioli) and ALMEJAS EN SALSA VERDE (fresh clams in parsley, white wine and garlic sauce).
