Our amazingly talented Chef Jenna White is excited to teach you these gorgeous multi-layered cakes filled with a variety of textural contrasts and complementary flavours using a variety of techniques. Expect to work with flavour combinations such as liquorices & pear, coconut & strawberry and salted caramel. Imagine yourself at the end of a dinner party holding the piece de resistance, a jaw-dropping glossy entremet or a platter filled with stunning petite gateaux. This advanced class will take place over two consecutive days and will use specialised ingredients and feature couverture chocolate from Cacao Barry.
