Building on the Basic Bread Baking Class, employ advanced techniques to create more challenging breads such as Apricot Brioche Plaited Loaf, Choc Cranberry and Pecan Sourdough, Polenta Boules, Pavés, and Mediterranean Savoury Twists. 

Prerequisite: Must complete Basic Bread Baking before attending however Advanced Bread Baking One is NOT a prerequisite.
