New York Delis are synonymous with Bagels, Bialys, NY Rye Breads and American Sweet Buns. Bake these signature breads with Dean and then work together to fill them with pastrami, salmon (lox), ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and other deli delights to make a delicious NYD style lunch.

Prerequisite - Must complete Basic Bread Baking Class before attending.
