Chef Jenna White


Hailing from a small town in New Zealand, Chef Jenna White has made her way around the world, gaining experience from renowned chef’s such as Peter Gordon in London.

Previously Jenna was the Executive Pastry Chef at Flute’s Restaurant at The National Museum in Singapore and has recently joined Brettschneider's Baking & Cooking School as resident Pastry Chef and Test Baker. Jenna is a passionate chef who loves to create vibrant, colourful dishes using both local and imported ingredients. “Chemistry, beauty and flavor are the components that make up the plates I create today.”
