Jay has worked in the hospitality and wine industries for more than 15 years. Over this time she has developed a true love for cooking and baking and has attended a number of wine and baking courses to further grow her knowledge and skill.

For the past 4 years, Jay has worked at Palate Sensations Cooking School, managing the day to day operations for up to 50 students daily, sometimes running a number of classes concurrently. Born in Singapore, speaking English, Mandarin Chinese and Thai, Jay joined Brettschneider's Baking and Cooking School in March 2018 as Operations Manager.
